Manufacturer's Limited Warranty
the exception of our Commercial Displays, which have a three-year
standard guarantee, all InDisplay products and accessories come with a
one-year manufacturer's warranty. We will repair or replace the product
if any hardware or software problems are identified during the warranty
Our customer service representatives will do everything necessary to troubleshoot and resolve product difficulties over the phone or in person (when possible). If no solution is identified, we will issue an RMA number and request that the product be returned to our service center for repair or replacement. The consumer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the RMA process.
Please note the damage on the freight provider's documentation and contact us within seven (7) days to file a claim if a product comes visibly damaged during transportation.
This warranty only applies to manufacturer's defects and does not provide coverage for products that have been used in any way other than it's intended use, or if the damage was caused by abuse or negligence. The warranty is void if the product has been modified or serviced by an unauthorized party, including any changes made in debug menus or the installation of unauthorized applications. This warranty is void if the product was not purchased through an authorized reseller, or if the product serial number has been damaged or removed.
On our Interactive Display and Commercial Display products, we offer optional 3- and 5-year warranty extensions. These warranties are only available if you buy the display at the same time. These extended warranties are subject to our usual warranty conditions and restrictions.
